BICICLETTA IN AEREO? Ecco come caricarla in sicurezza .......Soluzioni Pro e Contro

Are you thinking about going on a trip, but you need to load your bike on the plane and you don't know where to start, much less how to disassemble your bike, or even how to transport it? Well, then watch this video because it will definitely help you understand a little better. I wanted to create this video during my first flight experience with my bike so I could share as many of my concerns as possible about MY FIRST TIME. Let's start in order. Since it was my first time, like everyone else, I asked for advice from those who had had this experience, and as always, everyone has their own opinion, creating even more confusion and fear in my head. Fears because we always fear that our bike will be mistreated by airport staff. As we all know, there are three main options for transporting your bike, with significantly different price ranges. I'd start with the most expensive, a hard-shell case like this one: https://amzn.eu/d/2ktgmHV It certainly conveys a sense of super security, but the price is really high, and unless you travel a lot, I strongly advise against it. The second option, which many criticize but which I personally have adopted, is this one: https://amzn.eu/d/eH4TUlU A soft, foldable bag. I made this choice for a simple reason: first, the convenience of folding the bag once used, second, there's enough space to fit protective gear on every part of the bike. For example, I even left some of my panniers in it. Another thing is that, since I have a very large frame, size 62, with this bag, I only need to remove the front wheel and the bag closes perfectly. Another advantage of this bag is that its dimensions comply with airport scanner requirements, so you can travel with peace of mind. A significant advantage is that as soon as you get off the plane, you can immediately reassemble your bike on the spot and pack the bag in a trolley. The third option is the classic cardboard box, which is easy to find but not always easy to put away once you land. Another thing: PAY ATTENTION to the dimensions, especially for airport scanners. My advice is this: If you're traveling without stopovers, I'd opt for the soft bag; if you have more stopovers, then I'd choose the cardboard one. If you're going on a wild trip like I did, I'd opt for the soft bag so you can put the packaging and bag in a trolley and ask to leave it there at the first shop you find for as long as you need, or you can take it with you on the trip, as it weighs nothing. If you're traveling and staying in hotels, I'd choose the cardboard one so you can leave it at the hotel upon departure and find it upon arrival. Whatever your choice, I recommend insulating the interior very well. Always check the maximum weight of the airline you're traveling with, and perhaps, for peace of mind, place an AirTag inside to ensure everything is loaded. 👍🏻SUBSCRIBE TO THE CHANNEL 👍🏻ACTIVATE THE BELL 👍🏻LEAVE A COMMENT If you want to support my channel: https://www.paypal.me/fenicebike?loca...
