Repairing A Broken Water Line
Had a broken water line at a house the builder I work for now built 5 years ago. It was a pex water line and the shark bite fitting they used cracked due to it was not wrapped. I don't know much about these fittings but I guess they now make a wrap that you have to use if you plan to bury them. I went back with different fittings and sleeved the pex with 2" sch 40 pipe.
