Talbot Lago race car (Merit 1/24 scale model)

Building and painting the old (1950s tool!) Talbot-Lago T26C, from an era before Formula 1 was even created. This car won the 1949 Belgian Grand Prix at the hands of Louis Rosier, and the 1949 French Grand Prix with Louis Chiron behind the wheel. This old kit lacks some detail, but the fit is generally quite good and I'm pretty happy with the result. This is the sister model kit to the Alfa Romeo 158 which I built in a video in 2024.
