Before catching our flight from Guwahati, something unexpected happened. My wife had always wished to visit the sacred Maa Kamakhya Temple someday. While searching for places around Guwahati, we were surprised to discover that one of India’s most powerful and revered Shakti Peethas was just a short distance away. Without a second thought, we decided to visit the temple and end our entire Meghalaya journey with the blessings of Maa Kamakhya.
