Welcome to Episode 2 of our Meghalaya adventure! Our real Day 1 in Meghalaya begins with an unforgettable sunrise at the beautiful Nongjrong Viewpoint. Although the famous cloud bed was hidden when we first arrived, nature surprised us with breathtaking valley views as the clouds slowly cleared. From there, we explored the historic Nartiang Monoliths, one of India's largest collections of ancient monoliths, followed by a visit to the sacred Nartiang Shakti Peeth (Sri Jainteswari Temple), one of the revered Shakti Peethas in India.
