In today's rapidly changing socioeconomic environment, where change has become the rule rather than the exception, entrepreneurial skills are essential to successfully address daily challenges. This ability allows you to transform uncertainty into opportunity and opportunity into action, thanks to a flexible approach that prioritizes adapting to change over rigid plans. In his speech, Nicola Cucari explains how to develop it and invites us to embrace the entrepreneurial paradigm to open ourselves to new possibilities, as Columbus did, sailing into the unknown and discovering new worlds. Qualified as a Full Professor in "Economics and Business Management" since November 2023, he teaches "Startups and Business Creation" at the Department of Management of the Faculty of Economics at Sapienza University of Rome. He was a visiting professor at the College of Business at Northern Illinois University in Chicago and a visiting research fellow at the Institute of Marketing & Management at the University of Hohenheim (Stuttgart, Germany). He has received national and international awards and recognition for his research. He was recently ranked among the Top 8% Authors of the last 10 years according to RePEc, the world's largest collection of academic articles on economics.
