CEO of Arsenale S.p.A., he redefined experiential tourism with La Dolce Vita Orient Express, a luxury train that travels across Italy in collaboration with Orient Express. Under his leadership, Arsenale launched an international expansion with Dream of the Desert in Saudi Arabia and new projects in the United Arab Emirates, Uzbekistan, and Egypt. He consolidated Arsenale as one of the few global operators capable of designing, producing, and managing luxury trains in-house, leveraging its real estate expertise and creating a distinctive integrated model. The company owns iconic Italian hospitality assets and collaborates with prestigious international brands. Barletta is also a member of the World Travel & Tourism Council.
