It is made using powdered dry okra which is cooked in a blend of garlic and spices (mainly coriander powder, cumin powder & black pepper). INGREDIENTS LIST: 1 kg lamb curry with bones (your choice of meat, goat or beef) 3 large onions 2 tablespoons vegetable stock powder 1 tablespoon coriander powder 1 tablespoon cumin 1 tablespoon garlic paste 1 1/2 tablespoons tomato paste 3-4 tablespoons canola oil Salt to taste Black pepper to taste HOW MY FAMILY & I EAT THIS: This has been served with injera (Ethiopian flat bread), and can also be eaten with asida/ugali (corn meal), kisra (Sudanese/South Sudanese flatbread) or bread rolls.
