Perfect as a quick lunch, dinner, snack or side dish for the whole family. 📌 Ingredient: 4-5 medium-sized potatoes, boiled and peeled 100 g of wheat flour 1 tsp salt ½ tsp black pepper • 1 tsp paprika powder ½ tsp garlic powder 2 tbsp fresh parsley 1 tbsp olive oil • 120 g grated mozzarella 🫙 Sauce: 2 tbsp mayonnaise 1 tbsp ketchup ½ tsp lemon juice 👩‍🍳 Preparation: Mash the potatoes to a puree state and combine with flour, spices, parsley and olive oil. Knead into a dough, fill with mozzarella and form into balls. Bake in the pan until golden brown and crispy.
