Katsudon is a traditional Japanese dish. It's one of the most famous donburi: a bowl of rice topped with tonkatsu, a breaded and fried pork cutlet, eggs, and onions cooked in a broth made with dashi, miri, and soy sauce. In this video, Chef Michele Ghedini shows you how to prepare it using the original Japanese recipe.
