The driveway pad and basement are officially complete on this new home build! In this episode, I finish shaping and grading the site, move the final loads of dirt, and get everything dialed in for the next phase of construction. From clearing the property and building the house pad to excavating the basement and completing the driveway area, this project is starting to come together. A lot of planning, hauling, grading, and attention to detail goes into preparing a site the right way, and this video shows the final steps before construction moves forward.
