Srinivas, Age: 22 Years, Occ: Swiggy Delivery Boy, R/o Peerzadi guda, Uppal, N/o Gorregundam (V), Mallial (M), Jagitial (D) 3) Chirra Jaswanth S/o C. Srinivas, Age 20 Years, Occ: Swiggy Delivery Boy, R/o Peerzadi guda, Uppal, N/o Gorregundam (V), Mallial (M), Jagitial (D) (Receiver) PROPERTY LOST: Net cash of Rs. 17,00,000/- SEIZED PROPERTY: 1) Net cash of Rs. 14,55,000/- 2) Passion Plus Bike (Used for commission of offence) 3) Mobile Phones - 04 BRIEF ABOUT CASE: On 23-06-2026 at 1330 hour received a complainant from petitioner Sri Bantupalli Suresh who is a employee Cash Custodian at Cleared Security Services Pvt Ltd in which he stated that his driver by name Chirra Srinivas escaped with the cash of Rs. 17,00,000/- which meant to load in ATM machine at SBI ATM located at Edi Bazar, Hyderabad. He tried to locate him but in vain. In this regard a case has been registered vide Cr.No.160/2026 U/s 303(2) BNS of IS Sadan PS and took up investigation. During the course of investigation, checked the footage of CCTV cameras and identified that driver of the vehicle Chirra Srinivas took the cash bag and fled away from one bike with another person. Basing on the CCTV footage identified another accused person who drove the two-wheeler vehicle is Chirra Anish who is a son of Chirra Srinivas. On technical evidence apprehended the Chirra Srinivas and his son Chirra Anish at Near Bro’s Boys Hostel, Bowenpally, Hyderabad. On thorough interrogation it is revealed that, due to financial difficulties Chirra Srinivas hatched a plan to commit the theft of cash from his workplace. He discussed with his both son’s Chirra Anish and Chirra Yaswath who are working as food delivery boys in Swiggy about the theft. As per their plan, On 23-06-2026 Chirra Srinivas went to Job on cash filling vehicle and instructed Chirra Anish to come at SBI ATM located at Edi Bazar.While other employees busy in filing cash in ATM, Chirra Srinivas took the cash bag from vehicle and went to nearby lane where he was picked up by Chirra Anish and sped away from the spot. After they met with Chirra Yaswanth at Peerazdiguda area and Chirra Srinivas gave him net cash of Rs. 10,00,000/- from stollen cash and instructed to keep with him. Later Chirra Srinivas and Chirra Anish kept the remaining cash and roamed here and there and spent some cash. Today at 14.00 hrs on the tip of information, the Commissioners Task Force, Charminar ZoneTeam &IS SadanPolice team worked out for clues technically and apprehended Chirra Srinivas & Anish at Near Bro’s Boys Hostel, Bownepally. During the course of interrogation, the accused perronshave confessed that,they committed the above offence. On their lead apprehended another accused person Chirra Yaswanth at Peerzadiguda at 1530 hours andrecovered the stolen cash, two wheeler used for the commission of offence and (04) mobile phones from their possession. The accused persons are being sent to Hon’ble Court for judicial remand. The above accused was apprehended under the supervision of Sri Ande Srinivasa Rao, Addl.
