Initially, the idea was to only change the kitchen. However, after talking to the professional, the residents recognized the potential of the property and decided to renovate the entire social area, leaving the private part of the bedrooms for a future stage. The new project brought a surprising transformation to the apartment. The kitchen, for example, gained a super clean look, with lots of cabinets, a charming coffee corner and a functional counter. The laundry room also underwent changes: the old service bathroom gave way to a practical pantry. The architect knew how to make the most of her clients' budget, saving whenever possible without sacrificing good taste. One example is the covering above the kitchen sink, which was replaced with a marble-effect covering. The kitchen floor, which was in good condition, was kept, while the other rooms received new flooring, more in line with the style proposed in the project. The integration between the living room and kitchen became one of the highlights of the apartment. This new space is the resident's favorite, who was especially enchanted by the hallway that connects to the private area — according to him, “it reminds us of a cozy hotel”.
