Mongolian Khuushuur (Fried Meat Pie)

Hello, here is the recipe for Khuushuur (Fried meat pie) Soon I'll post the link of how to prepare dough for different Mongolian dishes here. Dough: 250 gram all purpose flour (I'm using Costco organic all purpose flour) 125 gram luke warm water (about 105F) 1/2 teaspoon salt. Mix all this together and knead 8-10minutes then put the dough on the counter top or cutting board cover with your bowl. Let it rest for about 30 minutes. Filling: 300gram of ground beef 3 Tablespoon of fine chopped onion 3 gloves, minced 1 teaspoon of sea salt (can be substituted by any salt) 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper 1/4 cup of luke warm water Any type of oil for frying, preferrably any high smoke point of oil. I'm using about 2/3 cup of ghee butter
