Trimming, sanding, and prepping the windscreen took some serious effort—especially with the awkward gaps and a seven-day cure time for the adhesive! But we powered through, made custom tools for the job, and got it done. Inside, the instrument panel is coming together, the fuel selector wiring is almost wrapped up, and everything is looking more complete than ever. We’re pushing hard to get this plane to the paint stage, but as always, unexpected challenges keep things interesting. With time running out in this space, we need to make a plan fast. What’s next?
