Disney Cruise | Alaska May 2026 | Whale watching at Juneau | Skagway

Join us on our bucket list trip - a Disney cruise to Alaska on board the Disney Wonder! We take you to Liarsville where we search for gold, meet Chip & Dale, followed by Donald Duck. We had some lovely Alaskan Salmon before heading to exploring Skagway. In Juneau we went whale watching and got very lucky! We saw humpback whales, orcas, sea lions & a bald eagle. While we went to the Mendenhall glacier, we yet again got very lucky as we spotted a black bear. If you're new here, we are Hannah, Arwyn & Ffion, a family from Birmingham UK. We love to travel and all thing Disney. This trip has been many years in the making as we get on board the Disney Wonder to Alaska. We board the Disney Wonder in Vancouver and head out for a day at sea, before getting to Dawes Glacier. This was amazing to see and the videos/pictures do not do it justice. The views looked like a movie set and we couldn't believe our eyes. We were so lucky to see whales while on board.
