Day 5 of our Alaska cruise takes us to Skagway! We start our adventure by exploring the historic streets and soaking in the Gold Rush vibes. We do a little shopping at one of our favorite local stores, Klondike Gift Supply, where you’ll find everything from handcrafted items to quirky Alaska souvenirs. No trip to Skagway is complete without a visit to the legendary Red Onion Saloon, where we try their infamous “Reindeer Fart” drink—definitely an experience! One of the highlights of our day is discovering a new Skagway gem: Chilkooterie, a business owned by a friend of ours that serves up incredible charcuterie boxes that you can order online and enjoy anywhere in town. Whether you're planning a picnic or just want a delicious snack, it’s a must-try. Before we leave Skagway we visit the Gold Rush Cemetery and Corrington's Museum of Alaska History.
