In this video, we share a hiking route in Firgas that has it all: the lush greenery of the Doramas Forest, places steeped in history, and a fantastic culinary finish. This circular route starts from Los Chorros and is an easy to moderate hike, perfect for completing in under two hours and working up an appetite. If you're looking for a short, verdant hiking route in Gran Canaria, the Doramas Rural Park is the northern green lung you simply must explore. We'll pass by irrigation ditches, old washing places, and 19th-century gofio mills.
