To bound the fiber web through chemical, thermal or mechanical processes called web bonding. We have different types of techniques which convert the fibers web into end product. 1. Chemical bonding: The chemicals fall down on the web of fibers and than dry it through hot air which convert it into fabric. 2. Thermal bonding: The fibers web move between the calendaring rollers. as the calendar rollers is heat up through insertion of hot water in it. So when the fibers go through in it, its calendar the fibers compress the fibers and make the non-woven fabric. 3. Needle Punching: The plat containing needles which intermeshed in each other during process. Now the fiber web introduce between the needle punching plates, and needle punch it and intermeshed with each other so fibers become entangle with each other. 4. Hydro entanglement: The Water jet machine having water and it press the fiber at high pressure which entangle the fibers with each other and make the fabric.
