GOOSEBERRY WINE WITH JAGGERY | AMLA WINE WITH JAGGERY | HOMEMADE HEALTHY WINE

Hi friends, As you all know that Christmas is around the corner, so why not prepare some wine. Ingredients : Gooseberry (Amla) - 1 1/2 kg Jaggery - 1 1/2 kg Water - 1 1/2 litres Cardamom - 4 Cinnamon stick - 2 inch Cloves - 4 Star anise - 1 Whole Pepper - 1 tsp Preparations required: First wash amla properly and then dry it completely. Boil water and then cool it completely. Water should come down to room temperature. Grate the jaggery. Grind the garam masala. Wash the jar and dry it completely. Method: 1. In a jar alternatively add amla, jaggery and grounded garam masala. 2. Then at last add water. 3. Give it a stir and then close the lid tightly. 4. Cover it with a cloth and tie it. 5. For the next 21 days, everyday mix the mixture with the help of dried wooden spoon and then close it and keep in dark. After 21 days you need to strain the mix to get the liquid but keep in mind not to squeeze the gooseberries. Then fill the wine in glass bottle and store. This I shall be uploading in the next video after 21 days when the wine is ready. Keep in mind : Always boil the water and then bring it down to room temperature before using.
