COMPLETE ASSEMBLY! 2025 RPS Hawk 250 DLX (X-PRO)

This video may be gold if you are considering a DLX! In this tutorial, I show how I assembled my 12/2025 bike from start to finish. The video "manual" provided by X-PRO can get you by, but it is dated and they put together an older model. This may help with the standard carbed model as well, accuracy will vary but from my understanding the build is very similar. The assembly is super easy, using a few basic tools, and can be done in just a few hours even if working solo. Stuck mid-assembly? Use the timestamps below or the seek bar segments to skip to the part you need. TOOLS USED DURING ASSEMBLY: Blue threadlocker (for bolts) Synthetic grease (for pivot points and rotating assemblies) Heavy-duty zip ties (for spring installation) Needle-nose pliers Small flathead screwdriver No.2 Phillips screwdriver (PH2 bit) No.3 Phillips screwdriver (PH3 bit) 8mm socket 10mm wrench/ socket 13mm wrench/ socket 14mm wrench/ socket 17mm wrench/ socket Optional shop tools to aid in assembly: Motorcycle lift or rear stand Overhead lifting point TIMESTAMPS: 0:00:00 - Intro 0:01:52 - Laying out parts 0:03:54 - Lifting the bike (rear) 0:05:19 - Installing rear shock 0:09:52 - Front fork prep 0:10:57 - Releasing front forks 0:13:04 - Removing front axle 0:16:08 - Installing front fender grommets 0:18:12 - Installing front fender 0:21:15 - Installing front wheel 0:29:20 - Installing front fork guards 0:34:31 - Prepping triple 0:38:28 - Installing gauge cluster 0:40:15 - Installing front turn signals 0:43:57 - Installing headlamp 0:49:34 - Installing bar controls 0:54:32 - Installing handlebars (fully) 0:58:39 - Installing tank fairing 1:01:25 - Installing muffler guard 1:03:18 - Installing rear brake pedal 1:09:24 - Installing rear turn signals 1:10:14 - Installing shift lever 1:14:18 - Installing tank vent 1:14:46 - Installing mirrors 1:16:08 - Outro This will be a multi-part miniseries: unboxing - assembly - prep.
