Heroes and Horses guides combat veterans through a 41-day immersive journey of healing and self-discovery. Through horsemanship, wilderness immersion, physical challenge, mindfulness, nutrition, and digital detox, participants confront inner struggles, reconnect with their strength, and rediscover purpose beyond trauma.
