1967 VW Double Cab Rust Removal! Cutting Out Years of Rot | Part 2

The restoration continues! After showing the condition of this 1967 Volkswagen Double Cab in the first episode, it's time to start cutting. In this video, I'm removing all the rusted metal that's beyond saving using the plasma cutter and other fabrication tools. The floors, rockers, support beams, and other rusted sections all have to come out before we can begin rebuilding this classic VW the right way. Sometimes the hardest part of a restoration is getting rid of everything that's rotten, and that's exactly what we're doing in this episode. This is a fast-paced video showing the teardown process and just how much metal had to be removed before new panels can go in.
