SISTEMA DE REFRIGERAÇÃO PARA TORNO: A Bomba Chinesa Vale a Pena?

Hey everyone! How's it going? Everything alright? In today's video, I'm bringing you the answer you've all been asking for in recent posts: did the Chinese coolant pump I installed on the lathe finally work? I'll show you all the details of the system in operation, the flow adjustment, the new articulated metal hose (goodbye leaking plastic hose!), and the technical adaptations I made to integrate everything. I'll also open the custom reservoir, TIG welded, so you can see how the liquid return and the tank's tightness turned out. The pump has an excellent flow rate and perfectly meets the needs of this lathe. 👇 LINKS TO MATERIALS USED IN THE PROJECT: 👇 🔗 Cooling pump (12 L/min - 40W): https://a.aliexpress.com/_mKh39Dv 🔗 Flexible metal hose for machine: https://meli.la/2bK4B34 🔗 12mm PU hose (Transparent): https://meli.la/1SB88Zb 🔗 12mm quick-connect fitting for PU hose: https://meli.la/1W1Zoek 🔗 Brass adapter connection Male 1/4 Female 3/8 BSP thread: https://meli.la/2F6EHSG ⚙️ System Technical Specifications: Pump: Chinese, 40W, 220V, Flow rate of 12 Liters/minute. Reservoir: Bent and welded sheet metal using the TIG process. 💬 Do you have any suggestions to improve this system? Leave them in the comments! I'm already reading everything to apply it to future projects. In the next video, I'll show you how I made the chip filter and the new tool holder! 📲 Join our "Torneiro Raiz" community on WhatsApp to discuss more about machining, machines, and adaptations: https://chat.whatsapp.com/GgBEiN4YsdA...
