Growing Amaranth From Seeds

Hi all , This time I have uploaded leafy vegetable which grows like weed .I love to grow it in summer, because in rainy season it is very difficult to protect it from pests.As I dont use chemical pesticides in my garden I prefer to grow leafy veggies and climbers in summer.I grow these every year in my garden There are two types of amaranth that grow in our garden,one is green in colour and the other is red amaranth. The amaranth leaves is a super food very low calories ,high fiber.All who want to reduce weight can add it in you diet without any worrying about calories :)
