My workshop was left without sound. For several years, I used various speaker systems to test amplifiers. Some speakers burned out after a serious error, others turned out to be less reliable than initially expected. When yet another pair started wheezing, I knew it was time to look for replacements. My initial choice fell on DALI. But the more I thought about the purchase, the more I asked myself: do I really need to spend money on new speakers? The answer turned out to be right around the corner.
