Dream Lakes Lake 5 - April 25th to May 2nd - 2026

Once again I have returned to Dreamlakes for my 7th visit, and once again I'm back on Lake 5, just as I was in 2024 and 2025. Very happy with the week on the whole, was lucky to get my favourite swim and produce a catch similiar to previous years. Some notciable changes in the Carps behaviour did make you think it might be all down hill after a great start, but no real need to worry. Sat 25th. Lost one Wednesday. 5am 30lb common. MS Mirror. 8.30. 12lb. MS Mirror. 8.40pm. 34lb. MS Thursday. Lost one 7.30am. MS Cat 5lbs MS Friday Cat 15lb. 1.00pm Everything marked with MS means Margin Spot, which was my right rod. MR, LR, middle and left rod. As you can see, once again it was the margin rod that produced more over the week, just like the year before
