Gold Crown Fabrication: 03. Investing & Casting
In this video series, each step of gold crown fabrication at the University of Toronto, Faculty of Dentistry is shown. In Part 3, a sprue is placed on the waxed up tooth, invested, cast, devested, then sandblasted. Note: I'm using the models from my test crown case when I was in 4th year. So if the die and models look slightly worn, it's because this is a 2nd round of crown fabrication with an unmounted cast.
