US First Lady Melania Trump has spoken alongside US President Donald Trump in Kerrville, Texas, about the devastating floods. “My deepest sympathy to all of the parents who lost beautiful young souls,” Ms Trump said. “Deepest sympathy from all of us to the community, to everybody who lost a loved one. “I will be back, I promised to them, I just pray for them and giving them my strength and love.”
