このムーブに出会ってよりクライミングが楽しく感じられるようになった!

As you continue climbing, you gradually come across the concept of "moves." There are lunges, dead hangs, heel hooks, toe hooks, knee bars, flagging, and even the figure-four (though I don't see it much anymore). There are countless techniques, even those without specific names. Of course, every move I encountered was amazing, but the most shocking was the "kyon." By extending both legs and twisting one knee inward, you can release the hand on the twisted side without peeling off the wall! I already understood that brute force wouldn't work in climbing, but my encounter with the kyon made me realize the importance of moves even more, and it increased my desire to find the easiest moves possible. ★Climbing Gym Higurashi → https://www.instagram.com/ higurashi_climbing?igsh=MTFsaXNnMXA1c2o2Ng%3D%3 D&utm_source=qr https://climbing-higurashi.com ★Nomad Climb → https://www.instagram.com/ nomad.climb_osaka?
