Head of Fater Spa's Innovation and Sustainable Development program, after 12 years in R&D and Marketing at Procter & Gamble. His talk encapsulates the recipe for the entire planet's youth. He explains how through sustainability, technological innovation, and recycling processes, we can extract value even from a used diaper, activating an entire circular economy process. These are the key points underlying the Fater AHP-R project, the Business Unit dedicated to the research, development, and commercialization of the technology and industrial process for recycling used absorbent personal products. A brilliant mind who fled abroad, after 12 years in R&D and Marketing at Procter & Gamble, he returns to Italy using the Italian "Brain Gain" program to lead Fater Spa's Innovation and Sustainable Development program. He has developed numerous patents for post-consumer material recovery processes for absorbent sanitary products and has become a true pioneer of sustainable innovation in the circular economy, leading the company to establish itself as an example of sustainability in Italy. He also dedicates part of his work to outreach, with regular conferences on the green economy at the Alma Graduate School MBA of the University of Bologna, and his role as an innovator and advocate for sustainability is recognized and appreciated by the media and specialized press.
