Homemade sausage prepared according to this recipe with natural meat and spices is unmatched by any store-bought sausage. Recipe For 1 kg of meat: salt - 1 tablespoon; spices - 1 teaspoon; garlic - 3 cloves (pressed with a garlic press). Mix everything and leave in a cool place overnight to soak. In the morning, tightly fill the casings with meat, tie the ends, and hang in the kitchen to dry for 10-12 hours. Then take it out to the refrigerator (hang it in a cool, ventilated area to dry). In a month, the sausage will be ready.
