To shorten the drying time and improve quality, the drying process utilizes solar energy technology, an improvement over traditional and natural drying methods. The tiered racks in the solar dryer maximize hot air utilization and maximize the use of the drying space, resulting in a more compact and efficient drying system. The use of hot air on tiered racks is more even and reaches all the ingredients and products to be dried.
