清冰箱下飯小菜!一次做起來冰冰箱超省力!
This cold mixed vegetable dish was actually something I made on the spur of the moment after a filming shoot, using leftover ingredients. It was a hot day, and I thought I'd make a cold dish, but everyone was amazed by how delicious it was!! They kept complaining that I didn't make enough, so I'm sharing it with you all today. Although this is a refrigerator-clearing recipe, there are a few important cooking principles to follow for it to taste good: Bean sprouts shouldn't be pickled directly; chicken breast needs to be braised to be tender; cabbage should be salted and pressed to draw out the water; seasoning is the soul of the dish. Most importantly, never press the vegetables while mixing! Otherwise, they'll lose their crispness. Finally, it must be chilled in the refrigerator after mixing; only then can it be called a "cold dish"! You can throw in any leftover vegetables or meats you have at home, season them, and refrigerate them.
