Lake Toya is more than just a place to sightsee; it was a lot more interesting than we'd imagined. We were moved by the scenery, ate rice balls, rediscovered our childhood in the park, relaxed in the foot bath, ate freshly fried young sweet potato ice cream, soaked in the hot springs, and relaxed in the camper van. Such simple moments are the greatest luxury for us. And we realized that the more we continued our trip, the more we could see things in the casual conversations between the couple. This is the fifth installment of our "Hokkaido Tour" in the Bolero V.MAX.
