Club Libertad has expanded its "La Huerta" stadium from 10,000 to 15,000 spectators. It has also implemented new technological improvements, including improved irrigation systems for the grass, the installation of a giant 10x4 high-definition color screen, and LED lighting that allows for a clearer view of the playing field regardless of game time. It has also expanded the stadium's seating, expanded the press room, and expanded the locker room. With this expansion and improvements, Club Libertad's stadium meets the minimum requirements for hosting Copa Libertadores and Copa Sudamericana matches.
