The Feliciano Cáceres Stadium is currently undergoing a complete renovation, with the goal of modernizing its infrastructure and bringing it up to current standards. A capacity of around 30,000 spectators is planned, with new stands and VIP boxes, as well as significant improvements to the press boxes, access points, and internal areas. On the technical side, new lighting of approximately 2,600 lux will be installed, along with new turf, modern drainage, and automatic irrigation. Covered sections and a new perimeter facade will also be added, which will noticeably change the stadium’s appearance. The information was kindly shared by the architect in charge, Mr. Enrique Gill. As part of Luque’s urban development, this project reflects the importance of football in Paraguayan cultural identity and its projection into the future.
