Beginner Flow | Quick & Easy AcroYoga Tutorial (Level 1.1.a) | Folded Leaf, Bird, Throne, Whale

In this video we run through the key points of practising this flow for both flyer and base. Of how to transition from folded leaf, to bird, to foot to shin, to throne and finally to whale.
