I got a junk Nakamichi commercial CD listening device, so I disassembled it and repaired it. This CD listening device used to be installed in the CD section of TSUTAYA. It was experiencing skipping issues, so I investigated the circuit and repaired it. The cause was a supercapacitor in the power circuit of the driver IC that controls the CD mechanism.
