Watercolour Techniques, Dark Colours and Dry Brush

Using my book sketching nature to refer to the different watercolour techniques and dark colour mixes, I show how a range of techniques are used when painting and ivy leaf, similar to those featured in ivy sketchbook pages. I also discuss how dry brush can be beneficial in maintaining highlights as well as with creating rich dark colours.
