In the interior of Minas Gerais, a small shop defies traditional business models by operating without any employees to serve customers. "Vicente's Stall" allows customers to choose products and pay without any direct supervision, relying solely on the honesty of the consumers. Located 313 kilometers from Belo Horizonte, the stall gained notoriety after a video posted by Aureliano went viral. Visitors choose their products and leave cash payments. At 80 years old, Vicente maintains his daily routine with enthusiasm. The masonry structure sells local products, such as artisanal flour made by Dona Maria Lúcia, honey supplied by Ronaldo, as well as butter and cheese from Dona Vânia. Despite the risk of theft, Vicente says he has only registered one case since 2019 and continues to trust his customers. The establishment has become a tourist attraction in the region, drawing visitors interested in the experience based on trust between seller and buyer.
