Beef Dumpling Soup Recipe | Delicious AND Filling!

This is a simple yet tasty soup recipe to make whenever you have any left over ground beef. Throw whatever extra veggies you have on hand in there, too. It's warm and filling. Perfect for a chilly day and/or a quick supper. Here's what I used in the video: 3/4 lb hamburger 2 qts beef broth or stock 1/2 c chopped onion 2 large cloves chopped garlic 1/2 tsp cajun seasoning 1/4 tsp black pepper handful of dried red peppers 1/2 cup or so of dried peas 1 cup sliced carrots eggs, flour, parsley flakes for dumplings Remember, you can use noodles/pasta if you don't care for dumplings are don't have eggs/flour on hand.
