Tecnica de relajacion mediante la respiración completa
Relaxation Technique Through Complete Breathing Physiotherapy Within Your Reach Hi friends, have you ever reflected on your breathing style? There are up to three types of breathing, depending on the area. In this video, we'll learn how to combine them all, achieving a complete filling of our lungs. Complete breathing is performed by combining the three previous breaths: abdominal, thoracic, and clavicular. These are explained in detail in the videos that appear on screen; click to go to them. It's clear that this exercise seeks to utilize our entire lung capacity, providing excellent oxygenation, ideal for moments of anxiety when we feel short of breath. This breathing exercise brings relaxation, serenity, clarity, and concentration. It's great when we need relaxation on all levels: physically, emotionally, and mentally. To perform it, lie on your back with your legs bent. In the video, we do it sitting down for ease of explanation. Place one hand on your stomach and the other on your chest. Breathe deeply into your lungs two or three times. Begin with a slow, deep breath, drawing the air down to the lower part of your lungs, as if you were breathing with your abdomen, feeling how you push the hand on your stomach. This is a relaxation technique through complete breathing. Continue inhaling while expanding your ribcage, noting the movement with your hand on your chest. When your ribcage is expanded, continue inhaling a little more as your collarbones rise. Now your lungs are full of air. Hold your breath for a few moments, trying not to tense your face, neck, or shoulders. Begin exhaling by letting the air out first from your collarbone, then your ribcage, and finally your abdomen, exhaling completely. That is, exhalation is done in the opposite way to inhalation, so the abdominal area is the first to fill and the last to empty. Hold your lungs empty for a few moments, noticing your body's relaxation. You can do this type of breathing as long as you like; practice it and you'll be surprised by its benefits. I hope you can include a breathing routine in your daily routine. Just dedicate two minutes of your day to your own body, and I promise you will notice the difference.
