This week, Şehrini Gezdir is in İzmir. This video is prepared in collaboration with Trendyol Go by Uber Eats. In this episode, under the guidance of our follower Sadi Taşan, we explore flavor stops spread across different districts of İzmir. We start the day in Karşıyaka with a breakfast featuring rich and refined flavors such as Eggs Benedict, smoked entrecôte plate and çılbır with sucuk. Then in Mavişehir, we take a pleasant break for one of the city’s signature tastes: kumru. Right after, we head to a famous tradesmen’s restaurant in Bornova 1. In a humble spot, we enjoy quick street-style köfte; and we crown the finale with a good sütlaç. In the last part of the route, we move on to Alsancak and taste a very delicious burger.
