VOLVÍ AL TREN DEL ACCIDENTE - El TRAUMA de sobrevivir al descarrilamiento de ADAMUZ

I am a survivor of the Adamuz train crash (Málaga–Madrid route, January 18, 2016). Five months later, I traveled the exact same route again, and I'm showing you firsthand what almost no one talks about: the anxiety, the heightened state of alertness, the panic attacks, and the post-traumatic stress that such an accident leaves behind. In Adamuz, 46 people died and 292 were injured. But there are wounds that don't appear in any statistics: the psychological ones. I wasn't physically injured, and yet something inside me changed. This video isn't about playing the victim or profiting from it: it's about giving visibility to all the people who were traveling on that train and who, because we didn't have visible injuries, feel ignored. I'm taking you with me on my sixth trip since the accident: the nerves before leaving, the memories that came flooding back at Málaga station, the moment I boarded again, the panic attack, passing by the exact spot where we derailed, and what it means to talk about mental health after something like this. If you were in the accident and want to get in touch, write to me in the comments. 🤍 📌 Here's the video where I recount the accident from the inside, minute by minute:    • YO ESTUVE AHÍ | Así fue el accidente de tr...   Episodes: 0:00 The worst train accident in Spain (I'm a survivor) 00:50 The unseen PSYCHOLOGICAL wounds 2:00 An hour before: the nerves begin 2:48 Unlocked memories at Málaga station 3:21 Getting back on the train 4:10 The derailed carriage 5:26 The panic attack (I need to cry) 7:00 Post-traumatic stress 8:10 The short fuse: irritability 10:30 Passing by the accident site 12:25 Arriving in Madrid 12:48 Message to the victims and their families Subscribe to the channel (it's free) and see you in the next episode.
