Never Choose Between Tiramisu and Brownie Again! (Recipe)

Tiramisu Brownie Recipe (for a 15x30 cm pan) For the brownie: 3 eggs 3/4 cup sugar 100 g butter 100 g dark chocolate (1 bar) 3/4 cup flour 1/4 cup cocoa powder Pinch of salt For layering: 1 package ladyfingers 1 cup espresso (or strong coffee) 1 tsp rum extract For the cream: 500 g mascarpone 1/2 cup powdered sugar 1 cup heavy cream Cocoa powder for topping Instructions: Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Beat the eggs and sugar together for 3–5 minutes, until light and fluffy. Melt the butter and chocolate in another bowl, and stir until smooth. Pour the chocolate mixture into the egg mixture, then add flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Mix until combined. Pour the batter into a 15x30 cm pan and bake for 30–35 minutes. Let it cool completely. For the cream: place mascarpone, powdered sugar, and cream in one bowl, and beat them together for 2-3 minutes, until thick and smooth. Dip ladyfingers into espresso with rum extract and layer them on top of the cooled brownie. Spread the cream evenly, dust with cocoa powder. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
