A Tribute to Nelvana (1974 - 2025)

On September 1st, 2025; Nelvana, one of Canada's most iconic, and most beloved animation studios announced that they officially shuttered on August 26th, 2025. Nelvana has been a huge inspiration, not just to me, but to everyone else I know. The magic they've created within their studio, regardless if that were writing, animation, storytelling, voice acting, and much more, they've continuously inspired generations to be creative, be themselves, and be authentic. Losing Nelvana is going to greatly effect this generation, as without a trustworthy studio such as Nelvana, the animation landscape is going to be far different. Even as a citizen of the United States, Canadian-based animation studios such as Nelvana will always hold a special place in my heart. On September 1st, 2025, I created this tribute, highlighting Nelvana's accomplishments, and showcasing their history. Thank you, Nelvana.
