Ralladura de 1 limón. 150 gr de Frambuesas ( 1 1/2 Taza). Cobertura: 30 gr de Harina todo uso (1/4 Taza). 50 gr de Azúcar (1/4 Taza). Pizca de sal. 30 gr de Mantequilla (2 Cdas). ⏩ Ingredients: 210 gr of all-purpose wheat flour (2 Cups - 1 Tbsp). 30 g of powdered milk or Cornstarch (4 Tbsp.). 2 tsp baking powder (6 gr). 1/4 tsp of Salt. 180 gr of Sugar (1 Cup). 90 gr of Milk + 90 gr of Greek Yogurt (3/4 Cup). 2 Eggs (100 g of liquid). 80 gr of Oil (5 1/2 Tbsp). 40 gr of Butter (3 Tbsp). 1 1/2 tsp vanilla essence. Zest of 1 lemon. 150 gr of Raspberries (1 1/2 Cup). Coverage: 30 g of all-purpose flour (1/4 Cup). 50 gr of Sugar (1/4 Cup).
