Kindergarten Being Built in Noragyugh

Noragyugh, a village in Artsakh’s Askeran Region, is among dozens of communities across Armenia and Artsakh that receive critically important and ongoing development support from the Hayastan All-Armenian Fund. In 2011, the organization renovated Noragyugh’s two water reservoirs and refurbished its potable-water network, thus ensuring that residents are provided with around-the-clock access to water. In 2017, the Hayastan All-Armenian Fund launched yet another crucial project in Noragyugh: the construction of a kindergarten. With a population of a little over 1,500, Noragyugh had lacked a proper kindergarten ever since the early 1990s.
