But after 60, it's not enough to maintain your independence and prevent falls. In this video, I present 4 muscle-strengthening exercises to do in addition to your walks. These gentle senior exercises target essential muscles that walking doesn't sufficiently engage: ✔ Thighs and glutes → to easily get up from a chair ✔ Deep abdominal muscles → for balance and pelvic stability ✔ Calves → for circulation and fall prevention ✔ Back muscles → to maintain good posture and strength No floor exercises.
